Program Overview

  • Women-founded food or beverage business (skincare, beauty, clothing, and personal hygiene products are not eligible.) 

  • Minimum of $500,000 of lifetime sales (pre-revenue startups are not eligible) 

  • Must be in existence for more than two and a half years (any company founded after January 1, 2023, will not qualify).

  • Be willing to take on investors in the next two years 

  • Prove use of funds

  • Be a U.S. Citizen

  • At least 51% of your business must be owned by women

  • WBENC Certified* 

  • Participate in a due diligence meeting with Spearhead Global, Heather Fritzsche (profit and loss statements for 2025, 2024, and 2023 will be requested)

  • You must attend the VIRTUAL pitch on September 11, 2025 (if selected as a finalist)

  • Winner will be required to submit New Vendor Forms
