Join us for an inspiring evening of bold ideas, remarkable women, and founder stories that stay with you long after the night ends. Watch our finalists pitch their businesses, be inspired by host and emcee Lisa Vidal, and connect with the women building what's next.
What to expect: Live pitches, inspiring founder stories, and meaningful connections. Your ticket helps fund a year of capital, mentorship, and community for women entrepreneurs through the Enthuse Foundation.

Please welcome award-winning actress Lisa Vidal, known for her role on Being Mary Jane and a career spanning more than four decades in television and film. A native New Yorker and co-founder of Latinas Acting Up, Lisa has spent her career lifting up the next generation of women.

This year's judges are composed of highly esteemed professionals in the CPG industry, each with a wealth of experience and specialized knowledge.
Kim Lawton, CEO & Co-Founder Enthuse Marketing & Enthuse Foundation
Kim Lawton is CEO of Enthuse Marketing and co-founder of the Enthuse Foundation. A serial entrepreneur who talked her way into running her father’s pizza shop at 14, she built her career in spirits and hospitality marketing and now funds the Foundation with a share of agency profits.
Nicole Angel, Founder, Angel Ventures NYC
Nicole leads Angel Ventures, a venture firm focused on wellness, sustainability and beauty. Angel Ventures invests starting at the earliest stage of company creation. Angel Ventures has invested in companies such as Saie (clean beauty), ShopMy (influencer and brand marketing tech platform), BTR (better for you snacks), Juliet (sustainable wine) and Brightland (clean olive oil) among many others. In addition to Angel Ventures, Nicole has been an active supporter and on the Board of Directors of Planned Parenthood of New York for the past 20 years. She is a graduate of Columbia university with a masters in education and Tufts University.
Diana Franco, SVP - Initiatives, Women.NYC
Diana Franco leads Women.NYC at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, building programs that bring more women into the city’s emerging industries. She joined her first founding team at 19, had three exits by 30, and led WE NYC, the city’s first initiative for women entrepreneurs, for five years.
Heidi Dillon, Founder & CEO, Bloom Talent Studio
Heidi Dillon is the founder and CEO of Bloom Talent Studio, an advisory firm for consumer brands. As CEO of Distill Ventures, Diageo’s venture platform, she grew the portfolio from $50 million to $500 million across 40 brands and launched a pre-accelerator for underrepresented founders. Earlier stops include Starbucks and Clif Bar’s LUNA.
